By accessing this website or participating in any of our programs—including classes, memberships, group experiences, or events—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dusty & Co. (“Studio,” “we,” or “us”).

These Terms govern your use of our website, services, facilities, and materials. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register for classes or purchase memberships. By using our services, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Dusty & Co. offers pottery classes, studio memberships, workshops, private group experiences, and related events and retail items. Services may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment & Billing

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Monthly memberships are billed automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the Membership Policy. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with 30 days’ notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Generally:

• Semester classes must be cancelled at least 1 week before the start date.

• Weekend and one-time experiences require at least 72 hours' notice for a full refund.

• Memberships renew monthly and must be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

• No refunds are issued for missed classes or partially used memberships.

5. Conduct & Use of Facilities

All participants must follow posted studio rules and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or ban any individual who engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, written materials, images, and instructional content provided by Dusty & Co. are protected under copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any studio content without express written permission.

7. Liability

Participation in our services is at your own risk. Dusty & Co. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the studio, website, or materials. A separate liability waiver must be signed before attending any in-person class or using studio equipment.

8. Changes to Terms

Dusty & Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
